Description

Palada Pradhaman is a sweet delicacy from the Malabar region of Kerala - Gods Own Country. It is a Dessert (kheer or payasam) served warm after a sumptuous Kerala Sadhya (traditional noon meal). The main ingredient of Palada is the Rice Ada from the house of MAHIMA. This Ada is prepared from a chosen variety of rice, directly sourced from the farm to retain its freshness. The rice sourced undergoes a process to make the Ada. (Fine granules) This Ada along with milk, sugar and butter/ghee is then used in the preparation of the Dessert called Palada Pradhaman.
