Description
- Japanese Choice Panko Bread Crumbs, 60g
- Cut into strips vegetables, chicken or seafood for cooking. Dredge in flour.
- Prepare binding liquid (e.g. beaten egg and Tbsp of milk or melted butter with garlic and herbs, etc.) season with salt and pepper.
- Dip the meat or vegetables the binding liquid and then roll them in the Panko Bread Brumbs. For variety mix grated parmesan cheese with the Panko.
- Cook in an oven or fry in light vegetable oil and drain on paper towel. Serve hot with favorite dipping sauce (soy, hoisin, ketchup, sweet chilli sauce, etc.).
