(1) Add 240ml of water or milk to the contents of this pack.Knead gently into dough.(2) Grease both palms with ghee and shape the dough into 120 round and smooth jamuns without cracks.(3) Deep fry the jamuns on medium heat till golden brown. (4) Soak the jamuns in sugar syrup for 40 minutes.Directions to prepare sugar syrup: Dissolve 1.50kg sugar in 1.70 l. of water and boil for 1 minutes.(5) Secret Tips- (1) Place ground dryfruits & sugar crystals in the center of the jamun while shaping for tastier & softer gulab jamuns. (2) Do not fry the jamuns at very high heat as the gulab jamuns will turn out hard & uncooked at the center.
