CURRYFEAST Amboli Flour is gluten free. It is especially prepared by grinding - cleaned, washed and sundried Rice grains, mixed with Udid Dal for the unique Utthappam / Dosa flavour. This Pre-mix flour can be used in various ways. Soak the flour with water, keep the batter for 6-8 hrs. Add salt and use it to make Soft and Fluffy Uttapam / Amboli or Dosa - plain or with vegetables as per your choice!
